Experience
Mr.Chen is currently serving in the capacity of Dean and Professor of Law in Nanjing Agricultural University Department of Law. Mr.Chen is currently licensed to practice law in People's Republic of China.
Mr.Chen as practiced Chinese law in the fields of Corporations, Commercial Transactions, Litigation, International Trade and Investment since 1996.
Mr.Chen is also assists clients from both the United States and China to establish business operations and related legal and business matters in China and the United States respectively.

Mr.Zhang became the Managing Partner at Hodders in 2009. He has a general expertise in advising on commercial works including commercial property and intellectual property rights.
